Returns of Goods
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
If the purchased product has been used for economic or professional activities, the usual claims procedure does not apply. In such cases, the claims period is generally 6 months or longer if the manufacturer has allowed it. During this period, in case of defects caused by the manufacturer, the product will be replaced or repaired.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the product must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to check its nature, features, and functionality, as is permitted for testing products in a physical store.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer has received sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
If the product has been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify its nature, features, and functionality, or shows signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refund according to the decrease in the product’s value.
To return the product, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase must be submitted and sent to the email address artlabestonia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
The buyer will bear the return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is that the returned product does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
The buyer must return the product within 14 days following the submission of the declaration or provide evidence that the product was handed over to the carrier within the above period.
The online store will refund the buyer for the returned product without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, including all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to make a refund until it has received the item subject to the contract back or until the buyer provides evidence that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the online store, the online store is not obligated to reimburse the buyer for the additional cost that exceeds the standard delivery cost.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and request the return of the goods if the price of the product in the online store has been significantly marked below the market price due to an error.
