Artlab ships products after payment of the invoice.

The sales contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the advance payment to the Artlab company’s account, according to the order confirmation.

After the sales contract is concluded (upon the buyer’s advance payment), Artlab will prepare the order and send it to the buyer via Smart Post.

Orders placed with advance payment received in Artlab’s account on working days before 1:00 PM will be delivered to the buyer the next working day or according to the delivery time indicated on the product card. 4.1. Delivery to islands may take up to 3 working days.

To ensure timely delivery, the buyer must carefully verify the delivery details entered.

Delivery of products is free within the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) for orders over €50. 6.1. Delivery to Finland is free for orders over €120, excluding international maxipack up to 20 kg.

When ordering goods outside the Baltic States, the buyer must choose the appropriate transport method. 8.1. Delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected delivery method.

Products damaged during transport, but not the product packaging, will be replaced by Artlab.

Artlab is not responsible for delays in delivery if the products were handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay is due to circumstances beyond Artlab’s control or prediction.
